I use a pre-order system for my customers to let me know what dog food they will need for the forthcoming month. I will send out a text message, probably towards the end of each month, asking what you will need for the middle of the next month. I will then place my order with CSJ a couple of days later so please don't delay in replying!
Do feel free to get in touch anytime about ordering your dog food supplies as I do hope to have stock for everyone when they need it. If you are expecting a text, call or arranged delivery from me and you haven't heard anything then please do give me a call to find out what's what. I will have sent around sixty texts out to contacts for dog food and could have thirty or forty messaging me back to & fro. I also send out around sixty texts to my fish customers with replies to and fro so at times I can get a bit frazzled and have been known to miss a message!


This pre-order system will make the process much more reliable ensuring you have what you need when you need it and that I don't run out of bags or have too many left of one line at the end of the month. I need to order a full pallet of dog food then wait maybe up to ten days for delivery and if someone unexpectedly puts in an order for two or three bags just AFTER I have placed my order with the company then I can run out too early and am not in a position to re-order, or have the space to store another pallet load, before the month is up. For URGENT REQUESTS I can take a single bag order that should arrive within two working days, this is at an extra cost of £7.50 for p&p. This ordering system will also allow me to sort out ordering and distribution within the space of just a few days each month rather than taking calls and messages any day of the month, and only making one or two drives out to deliver around town instead of a seperate journey for each delivery - sometimes very close to another drop but on different day which does take up time.

If you are collecting then on the days/times I say that I will be home you are welcome to just text me your best day and time then just turn up - no need to text again to ask if it's o.k. to come round. I will send out a notification message when my delivery arrives and let you all know when I'm available to deliver/for collections. If you cannot collect or be home for a delivery on my best days then no worries, arrangements can be made for this.

To save you money on postage I can order most of the supplements and herbs for you from CSJ but some, such as the salmon oil are multi-bottle boxes so uneconomical to stock and store.
